We are currently seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who is passionate about immigration law and eager to contribute to a mission-driven legal practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, both in English and Spanish
- Gather, organize, and summarize client information and supporting evidence
- Maintain and organize client files and case documentation
- Prepare and draft immigration forms, affidavits, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct basic legal research relevant to immigration matters
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal staff
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal (required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn case management software
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
