Boutique South Tampa law firm specializing in real estate and foreclosures has an immediate need for a full-time Law Firm Office Manager. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in law firm administration and financial operations including billing, invoicing, general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, human resources and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task with efficiency, be detail oriented, a natural leader and have exceptional organizational and people skills. Those candidates who enjoy a structured environment will excel in this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Knowledge of Perfect Practice/Perfect Practice Financial is a PLUS!
