#2030 Corporate Paralegal

Sarasota office of regional law firm is immediately seeking a Corporate Paralegal with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to join its rapidly growing team.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with all stages of corporate formations/organizations, the preparation for and closing of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Maintain corporate records, obtain necessary corporate documents.
  • Handle all aspects of corporate governance filings for corporations/entities, including preparing tax filings.
  • Maintain corporate records, obtain necessary corporate documents.
  • Initiating and managing all aspects of the dissolution of for-profit and non-profit corporations.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and organizational abilities, and a proactive nature to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping for billable and non-billable work.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding client service and quality.
