Tampa office of national law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. Position entails handling complex commercial litigation matters and assisting other attorneys in their handling of such matters. It requires a candidate who either possesses or who can rapidly develop skills relating to the drafting of all forms of pleadings, preparation of and responses to discovery, the taking and defense of depositions and attendance at necessary hearings.
