Boutique South Daytona law firm has an immediate need for an experienced Receptionist/”Director of First Impressions” with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of law firm experience. The perfect candidate will possess an upbeat attitude, have a polished appearance and demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional client service. Essential job functions include: answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and route accordingly, greet clients, visitors and direct them to the appropriate areas, schedule and maintain busy conference room reservations, maintain lobby and common areas, collect and route hand-delivered packages, scheduling, calendaring, faxing, scanning, copying, ordering of supplies and handle other administrative tasks delegated by the firm.
This position requires a high school degree or equivalent and requires strong orientation for quality customer service delivery and a pleasant attitude, excellent verbal, written, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills as well as a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and decorum. Must be a team player who will work collaboratively with attorneys and co-workers.
Technical skills required for this position include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel), familiarity with document management systems and e-Filing.
Firm offers a competitive salary of $14 per hour, paid parking, PTO and a collegial work environment. This is a temp-to-perm position.
