Immediate opening with an elite legal consulting firm in sunny Tampa, Florida!  We are seeking a self-motivated, intelligent and pro-active go getter to join our team in finding quality legal talent for our clients. Law firm experience is preferred.
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years combined recruiting, hiring and vetting experience, have a friendly, outgoing personality and love working with people!  This is a highly visible role in our company and this individual will work collaboratively with candidates and maintain candidate relations.  Responsibilities and requirements include:

Minimum of 5 years of combined recruiting experience in agency and corporate talent acquisition environment (Executive Search/headhunting experience is a PLUS)
Strong sense of relationship building and influencing
Ability to network in multiple, professional environments
Professional sales disposition with experience cold calling and direct sourcing passive talent
Previous experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers at all levels
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple deliverables and client groups in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advance level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal business communications
Professional business acumen
3+ years’ experience working with applicant tracking systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
